Your tech pack serves as the blueprint for your design and must include flat sketches illustrating the front, back, and detail views, alongside your target measurements and size grading requirements. Additionally, it should detail all fabric and lining specifications, specific hardware such as clasps, rings, or sliders, and any precise construction notes like a seamless finish or zig-zag stitching.
While physical reference samples or mood boards are incredibly helpful additions for our pattern makers, a finalized tech pack is necessary for us to provide you with an accurate quote and ensure your vision is executed perfectly.
We dont have techpack making service here but you still can make the product without techpack, You can send your screenshots of any products that you want to develop and our sample team would be ready to assist you along the way. You can also take inspiration from our ready range and change the designs or combine our designs with whatever ideas you may have.

The sample cost is double from production cost and we make 2 pcs samples on the front. One sample is for you and one sample we keep it, why we need to make 2 pcs samples? Alongside your fit sample we’ll make a second sample copy which we call a ‘master sample’. The keeping sample is already included in our sample fees. This means you do not need to return any samples to us for revision or for bulk production approval which saves us all time, effort and shipping costs.
We retain full ownership of all patterns and size grading files created during the development process. Because we operate strictly as a manufacturing facility and do not sell our patterns or grading data, these files remain our exclusive property. However, we keep your specific patterns securely on file to ensure fast, consistent, and perfectly matched results for all of your future restocks and bulk orders with us.
Our sampling phase includes up to three rounds of fit revisions. This provides ample opportunity to adjust measurements, refine construction details, and perfect the overall fit based on your feedback to ensure the garment meets your exact standards before moving forward with bulk production.
Yes, we handle all size grading in-house. Every sample you develop with us includes three free size gradings. For example, if your base sample is created in a size Small, we will include the grading for an Extra Small and a Medium at no additional cost. If your collection requires a wider size range, we can easily grade additional sizes beyond the three included for a standard supplementary fee.
No, we do not allow any revisions or changes to a design once it has been approved for bulk production. The sampling phase provides the opportunity to perfect your fit and construction details, but once that final sample is approved and mass production begins, all design specifications are locked in and can no longer be altered.
